Casting Call: Four Dancers Needed

*Short Dance Film in need of 4 dancers*

Chicago-based choreographer/filmmaker Kaia Olsen is casting for a short (8-minute-long) experimental contemporary dance film featuring four female performers, one of which will perform a healthy solo mid-piece. All dancers will PAID $29/hour, but entire group must be available to work together for roughly 14-20 hours between now and Mid-July. (Happy to work with small dance company to make this work.)

Rehearsal times are flexible, but mornings are ideal if available. Rehearsals may be held at either Drucker Center near North and Clyborn, or Chicago Multicultural Dance Center near Polk and Dearborn.

Final Filming is likely to consist of a two-day window between July 15^th and 24^th, comprised of a short Tech Rehearsal on Day 1, followed by a roughly 6-hour filming day on Day 2. Dates will be coordinated with cast, and final filming will occur at a visual effects studio in south loop, near Michigan and 26^th.
